Memo Cardona is the CEO of Renovate San Diego, a Real Estate Investment Company. Having over 20 years of experience in buying and selling real estate and a track record of over 500 personal transactions, he has demonstrated remarkable resilience and success even during the most challenging market conditions. Renovate San Diego has through strategic business scaling and the establishment of strong, effective teams cemented its reputation as a leader in the real estate investment industry.
Memo Cardona brings an extensive background in finance and banking, enhancing the fund’s financial acumen and strategic planning. This is complemented by his ownership of a real estate brokerage, a mortgage bank, and a construction company. Such a diverse portfolio highlights his comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and related industries. This breadth of expertise ensures that the Rebuild America Fund operates with a well-rounded approach, integrating investment, brokerage, mortgage, and construction services to maximize opportunities and efficiencies in the real estate sector.

Diego Hurtado
Mr. Diego Hurtado is the Fund Manager of Renovate San Diego (RSD), a California real estate developer whose main objective is to beautify local communities by renovating single family homes, townhouses and multifamily dwellings. Diego is also a licensed Realtor © in the State of Florida, with in-depth knowledge in private lending, property underwriting and fund administration.
Diego is based out of Florida and brings an extensive background in both Fund Management and Commercial Real Estate. He held several Senior Sales management positions with the Ritz Carlton group in Europe and the Jumeirah Hotel group in Dubai. He later transitioned to the commercial real estate field and became Portfolio Regional Manager for both the Archstone Group in Los Angeles and for the Irvine Company in Orange County, CA. His latest endeavors before joining RSD were in Florida as a Senior Director of the Greystar Company and in Washington DC as Senior Vice President of the Saul Urban company.
Diego holds a BA from Indiana University (USA), an MBA in International Hospitality Management from the renowned Hotel School of Lausanne (Switzerland) and a Master of Science in Real Estate Management from the ADM Business School (Spain).
